Deji is a co-founder of Change in Youth and has spent the best part of 20 years developing and managing youth lead projects. Deji has a passion for young people and is determined to build the social capital of those less fortunate. Deji is a big believer in tangible opportunities for young people and believes that as practitioners it is important that we walk the talk and not sell dreams to young people. Deji is committed to supporting organisations who work with young people to reach their full potential and is constantly seeking collaborative projects.
In addition to the above Deji is a corporate facilitator, specialising in effective leadership communication which leads to a shift in the conversational style of an organisation.
Private life Deji is a massive football fan and is known to appear on podcasts online. He is a father of 5 and enjoys supporting his children to become the best they can be.
